Sometimes we will need to get access to your RightsZone 'org' in order to make an update or to help resolve a support query for you. Salesforce only permits us to have access to your org for up to 30 days at a time, so it is likely that we will need to ask you to run through the following steps when we need to access your org.
Instructions to grant log in access
Step 1: Navigate to Settings
- Click on the avatar icon on the top right hand side of your screen
- Select Settings
Step 2: Navigate to Grant Account Login Access
- From the left hand menu select Grant Account Login Access
- In the row RightsZone Support click on the dropdown menu and select 1 Month
- Click Save
Step 3: Advise your RightsZone contact that access has been granted
- email your contact or log/update a support ticket to advise that login access has been granted
If you ensure that an Admin user has granted login access prior to logging a support call, it will help us to respond and resolve your query more quickly.
