When you create a Task or Event in RightsZone, you can also set a Reminder.
Step 1: Select Personal Settings, Click on your picture/standard icon and then on Settings
Step 2: In the Quick find box on the top left on the screen, type in Activity Reminders and select the option that comes up. 
Step 3: In Activity reminders, you can set up your default settings for Tasks and Events as shown in the screenshot by selecting or deselecting the checkboxes against each option. 
Step 4: If you select Show Task Reminder or Show Event Reminder, a notification card will appear on your screen at the appropriate time (see screenshot). 
Step 5: Remember that reminders will only appear if the reminder on Task or Event has been set.
