The navigation bar is the strip along the top of the screen under the global search box.  It is a key part of navigating in RightsZone as each heading is a link to the relevant object.  Clicking on a header in the nav bar is also how you get to your list views for each object.  (see more about list views here: Using List Views). Clicking on the arrow to the right of each object header shows you your most recently viewed records within that object and your most recently viewed list views.

You can change the order of objects on your nav bar and add additional objects to it.

Objects that don't fit on the navigation bar can be accessed using the More button located at the far right of the navigation bar. Clicking on one of the objects in the list will open the object in the usual way.

If you still don't see the object you want to access, you can click on the pencil icon to the right of the More button.  A new window will open up as below.  Click on the Add more Items button.

On the Add Items screen, select All from the left hand side menu and then search for or select the object that you want to display, then click 'Add 1 Nav Item' (note you may see some Salesforce objects on the list that are not part of RightsZone and those should be ignored).

You will be prompted to save the update and will then see the new object in the navigation bar.

The system will change the order in which objects appear on the navigation bar based on the objects that you use most often.  To manually change the order of objects in RightsZone, just click on the Pencil icon at the end of the row, then use the 3 lines to the left of the object you wish to move to drag and drop the object further up or down the list.

To remove an object you have added, click on the pencil arrow again and then click on the X next to the object you want to remove and then click Save.
